Octavius Regional Civil Engineering has won a place on Bristol City Council’s Highways Asset Management and Civils Framework 2025-2029.
Octavius Regional Civil Engineering is transport infrastructure Tier 1 contractor Octavius’ self-delivery business. The successful bid was for Lot 6: Highway Civil Engineering works over £500,000 and other specialist Highway Engineering works; which is valued at £445M.
“Our new framework with Bristol City Council further demonstrates Octavius Regional Civil Engineering’s commitment to communities in the west, through the maintenance and development of the region’s road and public realm infrastructure,” said Chris Ellis, Delivery Director, Octavius Regional Civil Engineering. “Identifying the opportunities to give something back and create social value was at the heart of our bid.”
The win is Octavius Regional Civil Engineering’s first with Bristol City Council and cements the company’s position in the west of England, where it has been a long-term highways framework partner for numerous local authorities as well as National Highways.
The framework will commence on 1 October. Projects will be awarded on the basis of competitive tender mini competition.
