RCE Black Country Framework win: new region, new customers

Octavius’ Regional Civil Engineering (RCE) business has won a place on the new £150M Black Country Framework. Organisations, mainly local authorities, across the West Midlands will use the framework to procure a wide range of services to expand, renew and maintain their highways infrastructure.

“This is a significant win for Octavius RCE,” said Chris Ellis – the company’s delivery director, “because it makes our highways and public realm services available to a new tranche of customers, extending our reach northwards into the midlands for the first time.”

City of Wolverhampton Council is procuring the framework which also supports:

West Midlands Combined Authority, Birmingham City Council, Black Country Transport, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council and Wolverhampton Homes.

Octavius RCE has won a place on Lot 3. Works between £750,000 and £5M.
