Octavius has secured a role on the £4.29bn National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026.
The tier one provider of transport infrastructure solutions has won places on both lots: Highways (Civils and Infrastructure) and Rail, providing wide geographical reach in all value bands – which run from £100,000 to £5 million up to £30 million plus.
The new framework, launched by Pagabo, is available to combined authorities, central government, local authorities, the NHS and emergency services, plus housing providers. Running for four years the framework aims to connect public sector bodies and private organisations with contractors able to collaboratively deliver quality service and value for money outcomes.
“Octavius already serves these sectors with the creation and renewal of highways, rail, and multimodal transport infrastructure, as well as accessibility projects. This win extends further the reach of the support we can provide,” said Mike Todd, Octavius Head of Business Development for Highways.
The new framework combines the scopes of the National Framework for Civils and Infrastructure and the National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation. “Suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK,” said David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director, Pagabo.
