Smarter parking. Faster to build. Better for everyone.
Our modular multi-storey car park system delivers the parking capacity transport hubs need quickly, sustainably and without the programme risk of traditional construction.
A town centre needs parking capacity, but not a concrete monolith that takes three years to build and blight the high street in the process.
Rail stations need park-and-ride facilities that encourage car-to-train transfers, but not at the expense of the environment or the adjacent community. The solution is smarter design and smarter construction.
Octavius's modular car park system uses a precision-engineered, prefabricated structural frame that is manufactured offsite and assembled on programme. Build times are significantly faster than traditional construction. Site disruption is dramatically reduced and carbon impact is lower. The result is a high-quality, durable structure designed for its specific location.
Why modular?
Traditional reinforced concrete multi-storeys are slow, carbon-intensive and difficult to modify once built. Our modular system is faster, lighter and genuinely adaptable. Bays can be added as demand grows. Facades can be designed to reflect local character. The structure can be designed with EV charging, cycling facilities and sustainable drainage from day one.
Designed for the transport hub
Our car parks are designed as part of a mobility ecosystem rather than a standalone facility. They are positioned to encourage park-and-ride behaviour, integrated with walking and cycling routes and connected to public transport interchange. We work with clients to design the whole journey experience, not just the parking structure.
Sustainability by design
Our modular structures use less material than equivalent concrete builds, generate less waste on site and are designed for disassembly and reuse. We incorporate sustainable drainage, green roofs and solar panels where the scheme supports it. Parking infrastructure that is part of the climate solution, not part of the problem.
